What do you dream of?

At The Galley, our vision was to take an empty building in downtown Batesville in need of some TLC, and bring it back to life. Make it a place where people gather, cook, learn, and celebrate food. A place where chefs are free to create; where young parents learn new cooking skills while having fun with their friends; a place where someone who's in a job going nowhere can start over with their own small business.

In early 2020, a building became available, and we made the most of it. After much dismantling and construction, we are proud to offer our kitchen to the community. From bakers and sausage makers to institutional buyers, we provide a clean, affordable

site for all who love fresh, local, innovative food.
