Taught by guest chefs, bakers, and
community members known for their culinary skills, our classes are informal and chocked full of useful information.
Gift certificates for classes are also available. Cooking classes make great gifts!
What to expect at class:
All classes are held in our bright and spacious classroom at 16 East Boehringer Street, downtown Batesville.
Classes are 11/2 to 2 hours long.
All classes are full participation, hands-on unless otherwise noted.
All students receive a complete recipe packet, and enjoy a generous serving of each dish.
Complimentary wine and beer are available in select classes for those 21 and older. Check class description for details.
Wear comfortable clothing and close-toed shoes. We provide aprons and all the equipment you will need.
Infants and children may not accompany adults to class. Minimum age to attend our classes is 16 years old, unless otherwise noted.
Maximum class size is 14, unless otherwise noted. If a class is fully booked, you can elect to be placed on a waiting list.
7 days notice is required to cancel your spot in a class. You will receive a voucher to use for future classes.
You are welcome to send another person in your place.

Join us for Sunday Brunch and a lesson in how to host the perfect summer garden party. Chef Brandi Truesdel shows us how easy and fun it can be to entertain using edible flowers, impressive tablescapes, and delectable cuisine.

Sat., June 5, 2:00-3:30 SUMMER APPETIZERS
Celebrate summer with Chef Jeff Gratz as he uses sophisticated flavors and textures to create an assortment of small bites worthy of any special occasion. Attendees will enjoy generous portions and leave with a complete set of recipes you can use to recreate these scrumptious appetizers for your next summer gathering! This is a hands-on class.

FRESH, FLAVORFUL, NUTRITUIOUS
Embrace fresh, local produce and learn how to incorporate it into simple and flavorful creations that are nutritious and health-promoting. Join Registered Dietitian Olivia Fledderman in this hands-on class where she will show us that health promoting foods can still be simple to prepare and full of flavor. Each participant will enjoy generous portions and leave with a complete set of recipes.
